A popular trek which offers a variety of adventures to all kinds of trekkers. It is a hill fort in the Ahmednagar district situated in the Malshej Ghat. It climbs up to an altitude of 4,670 ft. Harishchandragad is an ancient fort. Its origin is said to have been in the 6th century during the rule of the Kalchuri dynasty. But the caves which you see on the top are probably carved out in the 11th century. The various constructions on the fort and those in the surrounding region indicate the existence of diverse cultures. Saptatheertha Pushkarni, Kedareshwar cave, Harishchandra temple and other caves are the examples for that.

5:30 am - Reach the Base Village and Freshenup
Day 2:
06:00 am - Start Trek
8:00 am- Reach the top and rest
8:30 am - Have breakfast and visit the Kokankada
9:00 am - Start descend
12:00 pm - Reach base and freshup
2:00 pm - Have lunch and head back to Mumbai
10:00 pm - Approx. arrival at Mumbai.

12:20 am-Assemble at Kasara Railway Station near Ticket counter.
12:30 am - Travel from Kasara Railway Station to Base Village by Our Vehicle
02:30 am- Reach Base village Introduction and have Tea and breakfast
03:00 am- Start trek with Full energy and Fun
06:00 am - Reach kokankada and Harishchandragad. Explore and wait for Beautiful Sunrise
08:30 am - Start descending to base village
12:00 pm - Reach Base village and enjoy delicious lunch made by villagers
01:00 pm - Travel back to kasara Railway Station.
03:00 pm - Reach Kasara railway station and disperse.

1) The trek leader holds the right to make any changes in the program or schedule without any prior notice. Participants will have to bear extra charges if any, unavoidable expenses occurred due to change in program or natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc.
2) Don't bring valuable things like gold or any jewelry or High-value mobile phones.
3) Consumption of Alcohol strictly banned on Trek. In case found guilty, strict actions will be taken.
