Overview / Itinerary

Kedarnath is located at a distance of 223 km from Rishikesh in Uttarakhand and close to the source of the Mandakini River at the height of 3,583 m (11,755 ft) above sea level. Kedarnath is a town in Rudraprayag district in the state of Uttarakhand in India and has gained importance because of the Kedarnath Temple. It is approximately 86 kilometres from Rudraprayag, the district headquarter. It is a Nagar panchayat in the Rudraprayag district. Kedarnath is a small town flanked by snow-capped peaks, most prominently the Kedarnath Mountain that gets covered with snowfall during winters but melts by April. The green meadow Deoli lies on its southern side while Gaurikund can be visited to get an initial glimpse of the Himalayan terrain. The source of the Mandakini River lies just 10 kilometres away and is accessible via trekking alongside Chandraganth Lake and Manchhganga Glacier. Kumaradhara & Kalpeshwar are two beautiful trekking spots near Kedarnath Temple with hot water springs flowing out of snow over many rocks creating lush green valley around it and natural heart shaped ponds nearby it creating a mesmerising view!!

• Shopping wines and alcoholic beverages items of personal nature and food or drinks which is not part of sent menu.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation or any personal emergency.

• Transfer of your booking to other persons are not allowed. 
• Name mentioned at the time of confirmation will be the person allowed to travel.
• Full payment of the trip cost has to be paid before the trip starts, pending payments may lead to cancellation of your trip.
• No boarding without vaild govt id. Your id will be checked before boarding.
• Any given inclusion not availed by the client will not be refunded in any case.
• In case of misconduct by a client, the team captain can immediately cancel the clients trip based on the magnitude of the situation.
• Departure time is given and is fixed. You have to report by that time, its on you to update your status to trip co-ordinator.
• Anyone missing the bus will not be entertained for refund etc. and its will not be TrekAventure's responsiblity.
• Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strike, bandh, riot, train cancellation, flight cancellation, mechanical breakdown, natural calamity like heavy rains, landslide, snowfall, earthquake , will be directly borne by the guest.
• Train ticket bookings usually starts from 2 Months before the departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be in RAC/ Waiting if you book the tour late. Please check the ticket status with us at the time of booking, you will need to pay Tatkal Charges to get a confirm seats according to the availability, if the tickets aren’t available.
